Shipping Policy

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Original artwork may require additional drying or varnishing time; if so, this will be noted in the product description.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the item.

Shipping within the  United States Only:
Estimated delivery times:  3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or customs processing.

Packaging

All prints and artwork are packaged with care to ensure safe arrival:

• Prints: shipped flat or rolled in a sturdy mailer
• Original artwork: wrapped securely and boxed with protective materials

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately to ensure safe handling.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of artwork, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, I will make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

1. Contact me within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging.

A replacement or refund will be issued depending on the situation.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please reach out. I will assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement when possible.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, processing may have begun and cancellation is not guaranteed.
